Freddah Mahlangu is from KwaMhlanga, Mpumalanga, but is currently residing in Pretoria Central.
She is pursuing a Diploma in Law, for which she registered in 2020. Her journey at Unisa started in 2016, when she registered for the short learning programmes.
She believes the laptop will help her with the online exams. “I had to pay for downloading and printing of pages for my assignments. It was expensive for me. Now that money will go towards other areas of my studies.”
Freddah hopes to pursue an LLB, in order to become an attorney and eventually she hopes to open up a law firm.
